Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 2,800 million were transferred on December 6, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 420 million,
  2. WZ1128 – PLN 840 million,
  3. WS0429 – PLN 980 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 560 million.
