The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase PKP Polskie Linie
Kolejowe S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1.2 billion were transferred on March 1, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 180 million,
  2. WZ1126 – PLN 360 million,
  3. PS0527 – PLN 360 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 120 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 180 million.
