Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1.2 billion were transferred on March 6, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 120 million,
  2. WZ1127 – PLN 360 million,
  3. PS0728 – PLN 360 million,
  4. WZ0533 – PLN 120 million,
  5. DS1033 – PLN 240 million.

  2. Act of 8 September, 2000 on the commercialisation and restructuring of the “Polskie Koleje Państwowe” state enterprise.
