Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,300 million were transferred on June 5, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0426 – PLN 195 million,
  2. WS0429 – PLN 455 million,
  3. WZ1129 – PLN 390 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 260 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 16 January 2024 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2024.
