Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 3,984.660 million were transferred on December 30, 2022.

The issued bonds will be assimilated on January 18, 2023 with the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 398.466 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 1,195.398 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 1,195.398 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 398.466 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 796.932 million.
