Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase the share capital of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 3,500 million were transferred on December 16, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0127 – PLN 525 million,
  2. PS0130 – PLN 1,225 million,
  3. WZ0330 – PLN 1,050 million,
  4. DS1034 – PLN 700 million.

  2. Act of 10 May 2018 on the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny.
