Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to increase Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin i Świnoujście S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to increase Zarząd Morskich Portów Szczecin
i Świnoujście S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 360 million were transferred
on May 17, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 54 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 108 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 108 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 36 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 54 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 9 August, 2019 on investments in the construction of outer ports.
