Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Minister of State Assets to increase Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. and Tauron Wydobycie S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Minister of State Assets to increase Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. and Tauron Wydobycie S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,006.7 million were transferred
on June 1, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in The Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 100.67 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 302.01 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 302.01 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 100.67 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 201.34 million.
