Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Muzeum Górnictwa Węglowego w Zabrzu

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Muzeum Górnictwa Węglowego w Zabrzu.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 85 million were transferred on March 17, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 8.5 million,
  2. WZ1127 – PLN 25.5 million,
  3. PS0728 – PLN 25.5 million,
  4. WZ0533 – PLN 8.5 million,
  5. DS1033 – PLN 17 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 1 December, 2022 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2023.
