Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 4,000 million were transferred on October 28, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 400 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 1,200 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 1,200 million,
  4. DS0432 – PLN 800 million,
  5. WZ0533 – PLN 400 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 17 December, 2021 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2022.
