Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to the Minister of Industry to increase Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to the Minister of Industry to increase Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 1,500 million were transferred
on August 1, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0426 – PLN 225 million,
  2. PS0729 – PLN 525 million,
  3. WZ1129 – PLN 450 million,
  4. DS1034 – PLN 300 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 16 January 2024 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2024.
