Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to the Minister of Industry to increase the share capital of Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A.

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to the Minister of Industry to increase
the share capital of Południowy Koncern Węglowy S.A.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 160 million were transferred on December
16, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0127 – PLN 24 million,
  2. PS0130 – PLN 56 million,
  3. WZ0330 – PLN 48 million,
  4. DS1034 – PLN 32 million.

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 16 January 2024 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2024.
