Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to the public universities, winners of the competition under “Excellence Initiative - Research University” Programme

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to the public universities,
winners of the competition under  “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 496.733 million were transferred
on April 6, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 74.509 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 149.019 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 149.019 million,
  4. WZ1131 – PLN 49.677 million,
  5. DS0432 – PLN 74.509 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 17 December, 2021 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2022.
