Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to universities

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Uniwersytet Warszawski, Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II and Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 110 million were transferred on November 8, 2022.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0724 – PLN 11 million,
  2. PS0527 – PLN 33 million,
  3. WZ1127 – PLN 33 million,
  4. DS0432 – PLN 22 million,
  5. WZ0533 – PLN 11 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 17 December, 2021 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2022.
