Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to universities

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to universities.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 342 million were transferred on June 7, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which has been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 51.3 million,
  2. PS0728 – PLN 119.7 million,
  3. WZ1128 – PLN 102.6 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 68.4 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 1 December, 2022 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2023.
