Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to universities

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to universities.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 139 million were transferred on October 30, 2023.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK1025 – PLN 20.85 million,
  2. WZ1128 – PLN 41.70 million,
  3. WS0429 – PLN 48.65 million,
  4. DS1033 – PLN 27.80 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 1 December 2022 on specific solutions for the implementation of the Budget Act for 2023.
