Issuance of Treasury bonds assigned to Uniwersytet Warszawski

The Minister of Finance issued Treasury bonds assigned to Uniwersytet Warszawski.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 150 million were transferred
on August 12, 2024.

The issued bonds were registered in the Central Securities Depository of Poland using the code number which had been previously assigned to the following bonds sold at auctions (nominal value):

  1. OK0426 – PLN 22.5 million,
  2. PS0729 – PLN 52.5 million,
  3. WZ1129 – PLN 45.0 million,
  4. DS1034 – PLN 30.0 million.

Legal basis:

  1. Public Finance Act of 27 August 2009.
  2. Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Act – the Teacher’s Charter and certain other acts.
