Issuance of zero coupon bonds (OF0423) assigned to increase the Polish Development Fund S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy acting under the Public Finance Act of 27th August 2009 and in connection with the Act of 4th July 2019 on system of development institutions, issued zero coupon bonds (series OF0423) maturing on 25th April 2023, assigned to increase the Polish Development Fund S.A. share capital.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 6,600m were transferred on 22nd February 2021.

OF0423 series become fungible with series OK0423 on 3rd March 2021.
