Issuance of zero coupon bonds (OG0423) assigned to the public universities, winners of the competition under “Excellence Initiative - Research University” Programme

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy acting under the Public Finance Act of 27^th August 2009 and in a connection with the Act of 19^th November 2020 on specific solutions serving the implementation of the Budget Act for 2021, issued zero coupon bonds (series OG0423) maturing on 25^th April 2023, assigned to the public universities, winners of the competition under “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 496.733m were transferred on 22^nd April 2021.

OG0423 series become assimilated with series OK0423 on 6^th May 2021.
