The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy acting under the Public Finance Act of 27^th August 2009, in connection with the Budget Act for 2021 and in connection with the Act of 21^st April 2005 on subscription fees, issued zero coupon bonds (series OH0423) maturing on 25^th April 2023, assigned to the public radio and television units as compensation for lost subscription fees.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 650m were transferred on 15^th March 2021.

OH0423 series become assimilated with series OK0423 on 24^th March 2021.
