Issuance of zero coupon bonds (OH0423) assigned to the public radio and television units as compensation for lost subscription fees

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy acting under the Public Finance Act of 27th August 2009, in connection with the Budget Act for 2021 and in connection with the Act of 21st April 2005 on subscription fees, issued zero coupon bonds (series OH0423) maturing on 25th April 2023, assigned to the public radio and television units as compensation for lost subscription fees.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 550m were transferred on 1st July 2021.

OH0423 series become assimilated with series OK0423 on 12th July 2021.
