Issuance of zero coupon bonds OJ0724 assigned to increase the Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued zero coupon bonds maturing on July 25, 2024, short name OJ0724. The bonds are assigned to increase the Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 2.099 billion were transferred on December 22, 2021.

OJ0724 series become assimilated with series OK0724 on December 30, 2021.
