Issuance of zero coupon bonds (OP0423) assigned to increase the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. share capital

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy acting under the Public Finance Act of 27th August 2009, in connection with the Budget Act for 2021, issued zero coupon bonds (series OP0423) maturing on 25th April 2023, assigned to increase the Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. share capital.

The bonds issued with a face value of PLN 2,235m were transferred on 18th June 2021.

OP0423 series become assimilated with series OK0423 on 6th July 2021.
