Issuance of zero coupon bonds OR0724 assigned to increase the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. share capital

The Minister of Finance, Development Funds and Regional Policy issued zero coupon bonds maturing on 25th July 2024, short name OR0724. The bonds are assigned to increase the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe Sp. z o.o. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 346.014m were transferred on 26th October 2021.

OR0724 series become assimilated with series OK0724 on 4th November 2021.
