Issuance of zero coupon bonds OU0724 assigned to increase Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A. and Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek S.A. share capital

The Minister of Finance issued zero coupon bonds maturing on July 25, 2024, short name OU0724. The bonds are assigned to increase Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A. and Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek S.A. share capital.

The issued bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 260 million (Polska Żegluga Bałtycka S.A.
PLN 140 million, Fundusz Rozwoju Spółek S.A. PLN 120 million) were transferred
on December 30, 2021.

OU0724 series become assimilated with series OK0724 on January 12, 2022.
