Marcin Łoboda
Secretary of State, Head of the National Revenue Administration
He is a graduate in public finance from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdansk and a graduate in law from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. He also completed postgraduate studies in European Union tax law as well as training related to project management, and training in IT service management.
From the very beginning of his career he has been associated with the Ministry of Finance. As an employee of the Tax Chamber in Bydgoszcz, he was seconded to work at the Ministry of Finance where he was in charge of tax jurisprudence and supervision of tax offices. From 2008 to 2015 he was director of the Tax Chamber in Bydgoszcz. Subsequently, he worked in tax offices, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Customs and Tax Control Office, the Revenue Administration Regional Office in Bydgoszcz and the MDR Tax Schemes Reporting Competence Center at the Revenue Administration Regional Office in Olsztyn.
He is a member of the Codification Commission for General Tax Law, civil servant, tax advisor, member of the State Examination Commission for Tax Advisory (V term).
Author of many articles on tax law.
Married, he has three children.
