The Ministry of Finance plans to issue a bond in China's onshore market, denominated in Chinese renminbi. The Ministry has mandated Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, J.P. Morgan AG, Bank of China Limited and China Construction Bank Corporation to act as Joint Lead Underwriters on the offering. The transaction will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.
