Pricing of EUR bond – additional information

With reference to the press release on the pricing of 5-year EUR denominated benchmark bond, maturing on February 10, 2025, which was conducted on February 3, 2020, the Ministry of Finance presents additional information concerning the structure of investors.

The structure of buyers was well diversified. The bonds were allocated to investors from: Poland (22%), Germany and Austria (20%), the United Kingdom and Ireland (15%), France (9%), Benelux (8%), Nordics (5%), Switzerland (2%), and other Europe (4%). The share of investors from the Middle East, and other countries, amounted to 11% and 4%, respectively.

In terms of investor type, the buyers group included: banks (42%), asset managers (37%), central banks and public institutions (17%), insurance and pension companies (3%), hedge funds and other entities (1%).
