The Office ensures organisational and legal services for the Chief Commission Issuing Decisions in Cases related to Violation of Public Finance Discipline, the Main Commissioner for Public Finance Discipline and the Ministerial Adjudicating Commission with respect to cases related to violation of public finance discipline and the Spokesman for public finance discipline by the Minister of Finance. It conducts cases related to legislation and interpretation of legal provisions within the scope of the Act on Liability for Infringing the Public Finance Discipline. It prepares the Adjudicating Bulletin with respect to cases related to violation of public finance discipline.
