Experienced civil servant and tax advisor. Associated with the Ministry of Finance and tax audit since 1994, he has gone through all levels of promotion, from clerk to 2nd-level tax office inspector. From 2008 to 2015, he was director of the Tax Control Office in Bydgoszcz.

He supervised the work of the inter-ministerial team on VAT and excise duty fraud, established in 2014.

In the structure of the National Revenue Administration, he worked at the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Customs and Tax Control Office in Toruń, where he served as head of the Customs, Tax Control and Tax Investigations Division.
