Mobile Future Labs
About the program
So far, the launch of the Future Labs programme has resulted in 99% of local government primary schools in Poland being equipped with modern equipment worth PLN 1 billion. Nearly 12,000 schools have already had modern future labs since the first of September, with 3D printers, VR goggles, robots, microcontrollers, modern recording studios and technical equipment of all kinds, enabling teachers to help students discover their talents. Complementing the traditional educational model with advanced solutions from the STEAM area (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) will better prepare the Polish youth for the challenges of the future. In particular those related to the labour market and readiness to work in the professions of the future - including those that, according to experts, do not exist yet.
Mobile Future Labs
Starting in September 2022, teams of the Mobile Future Labs are visiting pupils and teachers in primary schools every day to support the use of these solutions in each voivodeship. The 16 buses with experts and laboratory equipment will appear in the schools of all counties in Poland over the next few months. The Mobile Future Labs are being implemented with the support of the Educational Research Institute, the Centre for the Development of Education and the GovTech Centre.
