20.05.2023
On May 16-18, at the invitation of the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi, Mr. Tomasz Stępniewski, professor at the Catholic University of Lublin and deputy director of the Central European Institute for research and analysis, visited India.
During his stay, Professor Stępniewski held talks with leading think tanks in New Delhi (MB-IDSA, Vivekananda International Foundation, ICWA), he also met with researchers from Jawaharlal Nehru University. The talks with representatives of Indian science concerned the current international situation, in particular the conflict in Ukraine. The participants had the opportunity to get to know the Indian and Polish perspective on the most important events, both historical and contemporary.
We hope that the visit will contribute to deepening of cooperation between Poland and India in the academic field.
