Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi is looking for candidates for the position of Administrative Officer in the Administrative and Financial Section.

Requirements:

  • Fluent command of English and Hindi (speaking and writing);
  • Minimum of high school education or equivalent degree is expected;
  • Willingness to work in a team under the supervision of the Head of Administrative and Financial Section;
  • Experience in official communication with Delhi and Indian authorities in the administrative area would be an asset (local authorities’ official permissions, vehicles registration, diplomatic driver licenses, airport passes, etc.) and with Indian financial institutions (banks, etc.) in order to provide financial services for the Embassy;
  • Knowledge and research skills in providing necessary deliveries and supplies of materials for technical functioning of the Embassy;
  • Coordinating the Embassy’s drivers schedules;
  • Punctuality, reliability, ability to work under time pressure.
