Poland in India

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai inform that in the visa process they do not cooperate with external companies, i.e. travel agencies, employment agencies, visa agents.

Using the services of intermediaries does not lead to preferential treatment; only the consul is authorized to consider visa applications and make decisions. Each visa application is analyzed individually, based on the information provided by the applicant, and visa intermediaries are not involved in any stage of the procedure. The only fee charged is the consular fee for submitting the visa application.

 

In order to submit a visa application at both diplomatic missions, you must:

• for national visa for work and studies – register on the e-Konsulat website. Choose the language version, then select: India – Embassy of in New Delhi or Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai, and in the Menu, the option: National visa – register the form.
• for Schengen visas and other national visa categories – register on the VFS Global website.

 

Slots for National work visa appointments indicating the dates on which you must report to the selected VFS visa application center with visa form completed in the e-konsulat system and printed out (along with documents justifying the purpose and conditions of your stay in Poland) are assigned via an electronic draw.

Each applicant who completed the registration receives information about the assigned date via the contact details they provided during the registration. Slots are assigned once a week. In order to submit visa applications, one must report in person at the date assigned by the system to the selected VFS visa application center.

 

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai do not arrange appointments for visa applications.

In the visa process, no additional documents are required other than those indicated in the information on visa process, available on the website.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai do not cooperate in any way with travel agencies or other entities or persons intermediating in visa services. Visa applications must be completed by the applicant on the e-Konsulat portal or in the VFS system (depending on the type and category of the visa). The allocation of an appointment for submitting visa documents is also not dependent on the use of external entities.
