Embassy of Poland in New Delhi

On December 25-26, 2023 and January 1-2, 2024, due to holidays, the Embassy is closed.

On December 27-28, 2023, applications for reconsideration of visa applications will be accepted only directly at the Consular and Polish Section of the Embassy. VFS Global VACs will not accept applications on designated days.

On December 29, 2023 and January 1-2, 2024, applications for reconsideration of the visa application will not be accepted. Applicants whose time to submit an appeal expires within this deadline will be able to submit their application on January 3, 2024.

Passports can be collected at the Embassy on December 27-29 from: 3:00-4:00 p.m. 

 

We would like to inform that the Embassy does not accept documents for legalization/attestation/translation sent by post (until further notice). Documents for legalization are accepted at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. There is no need to make an appointment.


The Consular Section will continue to provide assistance to Polish citiziens in emergency situations.
