The event offered the guests a chance to sample Polish delicacies, become familiar with Polish cuisine and get to know the offer of Polish apples exporters.

The event was attended by C. Rajasekhar, Head of States Division, MEA and Amit Lohani, Founder and Director of Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI).

Polish chefs Łukasz Konik and Michał Soliwoda curated Polish dishes with Polish apples to present inventive ways to use apples in cooking, from savoury to sweet recipes.

„It is a great initiative taken by the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi to showcase Poland’s finest food as Polish cuisine definitely deserves more international recognition”, said Łukasz Konik, Polish chef.

The biggest thanks to Polish exporters who povided apples and apple processed products for the event: Basstion Fruit, Bialski Owoc, Ewa-Bis, Genesis Fresh, Jabłka Grójeckie, Kgw Dębnowolanki, Szlak Jabłkowy, Tuszyńscy, miody z tradycjami as well as Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa
