The offer should be made in writing according to the attached template - Appendix 1 and should contain:

1. Name and surname or company name, detailed address and contact telephone number, e-mail address of the Bidder and Photo Identity proof of the buyer, obligatory for Indian or Foreign National.
2. Price offered by the bidder not lower then starting price.
3. Tenderer's declaration that he is familiar with the state of the subject of the tender or that he is responsible for the consequences of resigning from the inspection.
4. a declaration regarding the processing of personal data (GDPR) on the form set out in Annex 2 attached to this announcement;
5. Copies of the receipt of the bid security.

Written offers (according to the attached template - Annex 1) with a copy of the proof of payment of the bid security should be submitted to the seat of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi (in sealed envelopes with the annotation "Toyota HI ace tender - do not open", by 28.04.2021 until 3:00 pm local time.

The commission opening of tenders will take place at the meeting of the Tender Committee at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi on 29.04.2021 at 11.00 am local time.

The commission will select the tenderer offering the highest price.

The tender guarantee paid by the tenderers whose offers have not been selected or have been rejected will be returned within 7 days from the date of selection or rejection of the offer. The tender guarantee submitted by the buyer will be counted towards the purchase price.

The tender guarantee is not refundable if the tenderer who wins the tender fails to conclude the sale agreement.

The offer is subject to rejection if it is submitted after the deadline, in the wrong place or by the bidder who did not provide the bid security, or when the data and documents indicated in the advertisement are missing or they are incomplete, illegible or raise doubts, and the submitted explanations could lead to its being considered a new offer.

If several bidders submit the same price, the tender will be continued in the form of an auction (auction) between these bidders.

The buyer will be informed about the date and place of the conclusion of the contract. The date of concluding the contract will not be later than 10 days from the date of opening the tenders.

The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price within 3 days from the conclusion of the contract.

The vehicle will be delivered after paying the purchase price in (Euro), signing the sales contract and registering the car.

 All costs, taxes and fees related to the purchase of the subject of the tender shall be borne buyer. By entering the tender, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes and fees required by the authorities of India, Poland or any other country to which the vehicle will be delivered after sale.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi reserves the right to close the tender at any time, without adjudicating or having to justify its decision.

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi confirms that the vehicle is in well maintain condition.
