Consular Section - change of the work schedule

The Consular Section announces important changes in its work schedule in relation to visa matters.

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Jakarta is changing its working schedule in relation to visa matters. Please kindly read below.

 

  • from June 22, 2021 - the visa applications on Tuesdays will be accepted onwards from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM;

  • from June 27, 2021 - the collection time of passports with ready visa decisions will be every working day, from Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM until 3:30 PM;

  • from July 4th, 2021 - every passport will be assigned the same number as the number that can be found on the receipt that you receive after applying for the visa. There will be created a special website "VISA DECISION STATUS" on which the Applicants will be able to check, if their passports are ready for collection. If the number from your receipt is on this website, it will mean your passport is ready for collection and you can come and collect it.
