How to apply?
Please fill-in the Grant Application Form (to be downloaded below - can be submitted either in Polish or in English) and send it to: nairobi.secretary@msz.gov.pl by February 28, 2022 at the latest. You are free to include any attachments you find relevant to the application.
The maximum amount of financing you can request is 27 000 euros and the time-span of the project shall not extend beyond December 2022. Usually the results of the call for applications are published around May or June, thus the project duration cannot extend six months (June - December 2022).

Important notice
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi does not pre-finance the project activities, but reimburses the funds incurred for their implementation. All bank transfers are made by the Embassy when the contractual tasks have been completed, on the basis of invoices presented by the beneficiary. It means that the applying institution first needs to finance the project activities from its own budget and will be reimbursed once they are completed. There exists a possibility to divide project into several stages and get reimbursement after each of them is completed.
