e-PUAP
The Electronic Inbox (ePUAP) allows entities interested in contacting to address applications and other documents bearing a secure electronic signature by electronic means to the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS).
Those who are interested in electronic services using commonly available ICT tools, please read the general information on the ePUAP website.
Your electronic correspondence will be received through the e-PUAP public administration service platform.
Using the electronic inbox requires:
- creating a free user account at the e-PUAP electronic platform of public administration services,
- locating KRUS on the e-PUAP platform in the Electronic Delivery Office,
- filling in an application to KRUS on the landing page of the Electronic Delivery Office on the e-PUAP website, or attaching an online document including a secure signature verified by a valid qualified certificate. The accepted formats of attachments in which attachments to letters can be saved are specified in the Annex to the Regulation of the Prime Minister of September 14, 2011 on the creation and availability of electronic documents forms, templates and copies of electronic documents (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 206, item 1216). The total size of all attachments included on one form (electronic document) may not exceed 3 MB. Documents or media containing viral software will be automatically rejected by the system and not be considered.
The requirements for taking advantage of services via the Internet are specified in detail in the Regulation of the Prime Minister of September 29, 2005 on organizational and technical conditions of electronic documents delivery to public authorities (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 200, item 1651), issued on the basis of Art. 16 of the Act of February 17, 2005 on computerisation of the activities of entities performing public tasks (Journal of Laws No. 64, item 565).
Registering an account on ePUAP
EPUAP inboxes at KRUS Field Offices
KRUS informs that addresses to 118 Field Offices through which correspondence can be sent directly to them are provided on the ePUAP platform.
Additionally, there are 17 inboxes: for the Head Office and 16 Regional Branches. All KRUS Field Offices will soon have similar inboxes.
KRUS encourages to use this form of contact. A list of Field Offices addresses can be found in the system under Instruction for Citizens facilitating sending letters directly to Field Offices inboxes.
It is recommended to direct official correspondence directly to KRUS units via ePUAP in accordance with the territorial jurisdiction.
