Poland in Kuwait

On the 9th of May 2022, in Al-Shaheed Park, the first Europe Day celebration in Kuwait was organized. The Members States of the European Union, which have their own diplomatic missions in the State of Kuwait, presented the national cuisine, history and local customs. Among the invited guests was Assistant Foreign Affairs for Europe Affairs Nasser Abdullah Al-Hayen, who participated in the event. Poland was represented by the Ambassador of Poland to Kuwait, Paweł Lechowicz, along with employees of the embassy and Polish musicians performing on stage. 

The event was open to all visitors, attracted crowds from Kuwait as well as caught the attention of local media.
