On June 11, 2024, the ceremonial inauguration of the Kuwait-Kraków route took place at Terminal No. 5 of Kuwait Airport, operated by Jazeera Airways. The event was attended by Mr. Barathan Pasupathi, CEO of Jazeera Airways; Mrs. Katarzyna Hopkin, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Kuwait; and representatives of various tourist companies operating on the Arabian Peninsula.

Flights to Krakow will be operated twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, from June 11 to mid-September. Currently, Jazeera's flight network offers only two flights to the EU: Prague and Krakow. In 2025, Jazeera plans to increase the frequency of flights to Poland to five times a week.
