NEW REQUIREMENT

The Embassy of the Republic in Kuwait, based on the guidelines of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland of July 31, 2024, kindly reminds and informs that applicants applying for a national student visa are required to submit, in addition to the Kuwaiti secondary school diploma and transcript of grades from the secondary school leaving examination, also a decision of the relevant Polish education superintendent on the recognition of the diploma issued in Kuwait (nostrification). This requirement results from Article 93 paragraph 3 of the Act of September 7, 1991 on the education system. The Consul will require this document to be presented to all applicants applying for a national student visa starting from August 11, 2024.

In case of formal deficiencies in visa application applicants are allowed to submit the missing documents within 7 days from lodging the visa application.
