"History is being made before our eyes. This is a milestone in the history of Poland and the Eurocorps, as today's event is another important step in Poland's integration into the Eurocorps. After we became the 6th framework country of the Eurocorps last year, today we open another chapter of Polish participation in this structure. A Polish general will take command of this structure for the very first time. The Eurocorps is a crucial element in the chain of command, both in NATO and in the European Union." - Mariusz Blaszczak, Minister of National Defense, said during his visit to the Eurocorps.

- Today, we held the 13th meeting of the Contact Group, which was assembled by the US with a broader membership than just NATO Allies. The task of this group is to coordinate support for Ukraine. We may be pleased that Poland's role in supporting Ukraine is appreciated by our Allies. At the same time, I think that it is our achievement that among the countries supporting Ukraine we share a belief that the Russian empire is evil" said Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak after meetings with NATO Allies.

"We continue our joint activities aimed at strengthening the defense capabilities of the countries that make up the V4 group. We work together very closely, both in the V4 format, as well as in other formats - within the B9, NATO and the European Union. Together we build interoperability by exercising our soldiers. We are also jointly allocating significant sums for the modernization of our armed forces." - Mariusz Blaszczak, Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of National Defense, said after a meeting of the defense ministers of the Visegrad Group countries.

“In September last year in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Poland, I had the pleasure and honor to approve the contract for the supply of FA-50 light combat aircraft. The first units are already being delivered to Poland. This is an extremely important moment for the Air Force. We dispose of post-Soviet aircraft, and from now on, Polish combat aviation will only use F-16 and FA-50 aircraft, and soon also F-35. These three types come from the same family of excellent and modern aircraft. This is a great asset when building an interoperable air defense system and a unified training system. Our pilots have already completed their first FA-50 training in the Republic of Korea and will soon be ready to smoothly transition to use the new type of equipment” – said Mariusz Błaszczak, minister of national defence during his visit to South Korea.

"Cooperation between Poland and South Korea is well advanced. The first tanks are already in Poland, the first K9 cannon howitzers are also already on the equipment of the 16th Mechanized Division. The FA-50 aircraft will also be provided to the Polish Army, replacing post-Soviet aircraft. Our efforts are focused on replacing post-Soviet equipment with modern one. Korean equipment is among the most modern. The Ministry of Defense has negotiated good prices for this equipment. Now, it is a matter of getting the Bank of National Economy [Polish: Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego] to fill the financial plans with content. As a result, we have a state-of-the-art equipment that goes and will be equipped to the Polish Armed Forces" said Mariusz Blaszczak, Minister of National Defense, during his visit to South Korea.

"During the meeting, we discussed our bilateral cooperation and joint military exercises. We are obviously interested particularly in defense and deterrence in the northeastern part of Poland and ensuring security of the Suwałki Isthmus, which connects our countries. We are interested in cooperation in other formats as well. (...) I thank greatly for this close Polish-Lithuanian partnership and for the minister's presence in Poland. Our consultations play an important role prior to the NATO summit that is to be held in Vilnius in July." - Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said after the conclusion of the 4th Polish-Lithuanian Council of Defense Ministers.

"I wish to say for the first time publicly that we are very advanced when it comes to acquiring early warning aircraft from Sweden. We are already conducting detailed negotiations. I hope that they will be successful in a short time. This way we strengthen the resilience of Poland, but also of the entire NATO's eastern flank." - informed Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak after the conclusion of the talks between the defense ministers of the Northern Group countries.

- We are tremendously built up by the interoperability, cooperation and credibility when it comes to the Allied forces. This is a proof of our unity, the unity of the North Atlantic Alliance. This is a very strong signal sent to Russia that it does not pay to attack the territory of NATO countries, that the cooperation between Polish, US and NATO forces is very close" said Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak during a meeting with soldiers at the training ground where an international military exercise is underway.

"I am greatly pleased with the Italian ministry's decision to have an Italian missile destroyer with powerful anti-aircraft and anti-missile weaponry arrive in Poland soon, which will strengthen the air defense of the Polish coast. In just a few days it will be in Poland" - Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said after the conclusion of talks with Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto.

"We are welcoming Himars to the Polish Armed Forces today. Equipment that has proven itself in battle in the hands of the Ukrainians stopping the Russian invasion. (...) These weapon will go to the northeastern part of our country, to the 16th Mechanized Division. Its task will be to deter the aggressor, strengthen the Polish Armed Forces on the eastern flank of Poland and the eastern flank of the North Atlantic Alliance." - Deputy Prime Minister Mariusz Blaszczak said.
