Telecommunications Equipment Testing Laboratory
The Telecommunications Equipment Testing Laboratory (LBUT) in Warsaw operates under the Equipment and Systems Testing Department (Z-1).
LBUT is accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation - accreditation certificate No. AB 121.

The flexible scope at LBUT has been implemented with regard to testing the radio parameters of transmitting, receiving, and transceiver equipment, as well as in the field of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
LBUT conducts:
- testing of radio equipment parameters,
- electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing,
- measurements of electromagnetic fields in the environment,
- safety testing of equipment for user protection.
The results of tests conducted at LBUT are essential for assessing the compliance of equipment with the essential requirements of the directives 2014/53/EU (RED), 2014/30/EU (EMC), and 2014/35/EU (LVD).
The competencies of LBUT, particularly the scope of radio equipment parameter testing, are unique on a national scale.
LBUT operates impartially and independently, ensuring the confidentiality of test results. It conducts testing in accordance with the requirements of standards and good laboratory practices.
The LBUT management system complies with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard.
Thanks to its accreditation, clients receive high-quality services and, most importantly, reliable test results that are recognized both domestically and internationally.
