We would like to inform you about the publication by the European Commission and the European External Action Service for companies based in the EU entitled "Guidance on due diligence - the risk of forced labour".

 The guidelines are designed to improve the ability of companies to eliminate forced labor in their value chains by providing concrete, practical advice on how to identify, prevent, mitigate and counteract risks. The issue is of particular importance in the context of cooperation between companies and economic entities from selected countries outside the EU.
