On March 11, 2024, in the presence of Ms. Peseta Noumea Simi, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade took place a ceremony of presenting the original commission letters and exequatur to Mr. Anthony Joseph Moli Pereira. Mr Pereira is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Apia, the capital of the Independent State of Samoa.

During his visit to Samoa, Ambassador Kowal also presented consular plates and the emblem and had chance to discuss the plans for newly opened Honorary Consulate.
