On Sunday, 5 December, at the Polish House in Wellington, a Mikołajki event was held for the Polish children, members of the Orlęta - children's song and dance group, and pupils of the Polish school.

The day was full of attractions for the youngest, including face painting, washable tattoos and balloons making. There was also a photo booth available. The highlight of the program was the visit of Santa Claus.

Around 60 people took part in the event. The project was co-financed by Poland's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
