Poland in New Zealand

On October 3, a student exchange fair was held at Victoria University in Wellington. The Embassy’s team participated and promoted the Warsaw School of Economics, which is directly involved in the program, and encouraged students to visit Poland.

The main goals of the event were:

• Promoting foreign exchange programs with partner universities among students

• Encouraging incoming and outgoing exchange students to share their experiences of studying abroad with current students.

• Providing potential outgoing students with the opportunity to learn more about available host countries and universities.

• Helping to establish stronger links with new universities, countries and institutions.

 

Before the pandemic, over 1,000 students and university employees took part in the Exchange Fair. Numbers are now steadily returning to pre-pandemic levels. With 140 different partner universities from 35 countries, the VUW Student Exchange Fair 2023 is an excellent platform for establishing and developing cooperation.
