Thesaurus Poloniae - fellowship programme of the Ministry of Culture National Heritage and Sport of the Republic of Poland

Thesaurus Poloniae is a three-month fellowship programme of the Ministry of Culture National Heritage and Sport of the Republic of Poland. The programme is implemented by the International Cultural Centre in Krakow, the city being a leading Polish academic centre.
Thesaurus Poloniae is a three-month-long Fellowship of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland implemented by the International Cultural Centre in Krakow in autumn 2009. The programme is addressed to non-residents of Poland who conduct their research on culture, history and multicultural heritage of the Republic of Poland as well as on Central Europe. Both the researchers who deal with practical aspects of management and protection of cultural heritage, and theoretists dealing with history, sociology, ethnography, anthropology etc. are welcome to apply and participate in the programme.
The call for applications for candidates for the first round of the programme is announced from the 1st of November to the 15th of December of a given year and ends between the 31st of December of that year and the 15th of February the following year. The recruitment procedure lasts a minimum of six weeks. The fellowship stay in Kraków under the first round lasts three months between the beginning of March and the end of July of that year.
The call for applications for candidates for the second round of the programme is announced from the 1st of May to the 15th of June of a given year and ends between the 30th of June and the 15th of July of that year. The recruitment procedure lasts minimum six weeks. The fellowship stay in Kraków under the first round lasts three months between the beginning of September and the end of December of that year.
